This is the version of this policy and procedures carried across from the discontinued Central Policy Register (disestablished September 2014). This policy is under review. This Policy came into force with an Operational Date of 4 February 2014. In June 2015, the policy was amended to remove the old out-of-date bands and schedule. New revised bands and schedule were added as separate documents. The bands and schedule were revised to reflect position changes resulting from the University's restructuring.
