The Recruitment and Selection Policy and Procedure have been reviewed and updated to provide more clarity on recruitment processes in relation to using External Providers / Recruitment Agencies, Diversity & Inclusion practices, key roles and responsibilities and updates to reflect current processes.

16/6/21 Title update – Senior Coordinator, Recruitment and Reward replaced Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy and also added as the Responsible Officer for Policy.

8/12/21: clause 43 – position updated from Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)  to Vice-President People and Culture
