18/12/2019: Update to Clause 9b to remove outdated position title, and replace with Executive Director, IT Services. Update to title of Procedure to reflect new title of Policy Suite. This is the first version of this Procedure uploaded to the Policy Library. Prior to September 2014, this Procedure was managed via the now-retired Central Policy Register. Its history pre-September 2014 can be found in the archive of that system.
