2014 can be found in the archive of that system. This Policy first came into force with an Operational Date of 4 October 2012.
Clauses Amended
Policy: 28
27 November 2014: This amendment restores the restriction for eligibility for SSAF exemption to apply only to staff employed 0.5 or above. This was always the University's intention, and until the repeal of the old Fees and Charges Regulation, was captured via as reference to the relevant clause of the Regulation. The repeal of that Regulation, and its replacement with a more minimal Regulation that does not cover matters such as staff fee exemptions, created a temporary gap in authority on this point. The amendment of clause 28 of the Policy simply restores the status that was always intended for this exemption.
