2/4/20: Accountable Officer updated to Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer (previously Vice-President, Planning & Registrar).

24/6/19: Reviewed the Privacy Procedure, no changes. The Privacy Policy with one tracked amendment to clause 2(3). The amendment broadens the scope of the policy to include individuals who may interact with the University (and will support appropriate privacy protections for categories of individuals that the University has dealings with such as alumni but who are not current students or staff). The remainder of the Policy remains unchanged, reviewed as part of the Privacy refresh process in late 2018.
