25/8/17 Clause (24) b. – ‘Privacy Commissioner’ amended to ‘Victorian Information Commissioner’ as advised by Compliance. (Background – from 1 September 2017, the Office of the Commissioner for Privacy and Data Protection (CPDP) and the Office of the Freedom of Information Commissioner will be combined, creating the new Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner (OVIC)).
