7.2 – 7.4: clauses re-written or added. Removes reference to some of the operational detail (e.g. number of times a student has made UP), this detail has moved to the procedure.

7.6 / 7.7: re-written and combined. Academic Registrar is now empowered to exclude, not Dean of Students or college Dean.
