Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This Procedure has been updated as part of a broader review of the Remuneration Policy suite. The review of the Suite resulted in the Procedures consolidated to three documents from the original five, and removing information which is relevant for P&C staff who implement the various elements of the policy.
