Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Course Lifecycle – Concept Proposal and Business Case (CPBC) (HE) Procedure has been reviewed and amended to primarily capture the current processes and responsibilities. The refresh has also accommodated updating of supporting documentation used to confidently appraise new course proposals. Revisions include:
• Updating of position and committee titles;
• Replacement of detailed text information from superseded Course Proposal and Business Case templates with an overarching reference to the templates;
• Reconfiguring clauses to reflect that current process.
