Procedure approved by Vice Chancellor on 5 October 2017.
29/3/18 Due to a recent organisational change in Student Services, the Manager, Student Centres and Advising position was replaced by the Associate Director, Student Life and Wellbeing.
11/1/19 Accountable and Responsible Officers changed to reflect new role of PVC Students (previously VP (Infrastructure and Students) and Director, Student Services respectively).
29/5/20 Position updated – Associate Director, Student Life and Wellbeing replaced with Manager, Wellbeing Services.
