Changing the name of the repository from VURR to VUIR (Victoria University Institutional Repository) and the inclusion of research outputs and institutionally significant digital artefacts such as special collections and archival material; Broadening the fulfillment of requirements related to open access deposit to the repository to be achieved via either uploaded author accepted manuscript or link to published OA version via a persistent URL or DOI.  Addition of definitions related to research outputs to include non traditional research outputs.
