Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The current Procedure has been reviewed and updated to introduce an approval step for the acceptance of gifts, benefits and hospitality (GBH); stipulate that all GBH accepted must have a business benefit; provide clarity regarding the acceptance of gifts which form part of a sponsorship agreement, as well as ownership of ceremonial gifts; provide access to the GBH Register to the Executive Director Procurement and Finance Operations; and a refresh of support material.

The Gifts Benefit and Hospitality Policy will be disestablished and this Procedure placed under the Conflict of Interest Policy Suite.
