Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This is the first version of this document published via the Policy Library. This Policy came into force with an Operational Date of 2 March 2009.



A minor amendment was made on 15 December 2014 to alter the requirement for notification to students of impending progress processes to allow it to be served by email rather than registered post. This change is consistent with recent changes to the parallel Student Misconduct Regulations / process and the Enrolments Policy and Procedures. It was approved by Dr Lisa Germany as Acting Executive Director Learning and Teaching.
