(1) The University has disestablished its Research Misconduct Policy. (2) The University will develop a new Research Misconduct Policy/Procedure once the new Australian Code for Responsible Conduct of Research (Code) has been released. (3) Pending the release of the new Code and revised documentation, the University will apply Part B of the current Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (2018) when dealing with alleged breaches of the Code/Research Misconduct.
