Summary of Changes from Previous Version
These Regulations replaced the Common Seal Regulation 2013.
30/4/21 Accountable Officer approved the roll-over of the Regulations for a further five years following advice (as part of the review process) from the Responsible Officer (23/12/20) that there were no legal developments requiring any adjustments to the Regulations and therefore the Regulations remain current.
1/4/20 Responsible Officer updated to Head of Legal Services (previously Vice-President, Planning and Registrar).
