4/8/23: Reference to Assessments and Completions updated to Progress Team. 27/1/23: Reference to College Dean replaced with Executive Dean. 28/9/2022: Responsible Officer changed from Director Student Administration to Senior Manager Admissions, Pathways & Scholarships. 24/2/22: Update to clause 32a to correct number of weeks (8-9). 1/1/22: The Procedure has been updated in time for the implementation of the new student system in 2022, to ensure VU can get most value out of automated functionality. Several changes have also been made in response to feedback from academic and professional staff, to clarify and streamline processes.
