This Procedure ensures that a safe, inclusive and respectful environment is provided for people seeking to affirm their gender; Appropriate support is provided for staff and students who identify as trans or gender diverse, and may be undergoing or considering gender affirmation; and that staff are aware of gender affirmation provisions and understand their responsibilities.
