Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The new unified Complaints Management Framework and associated Complaints Policy, Complaints Procedure (Student and Public), and Complaints Procedure (Staff) aim to:
• Simplify access by providing one policy for all complainants and a single point of entry via the SCIO portal.
• Enhance procedural fairness and trauma-informed practices, particularly in alignment with the GBV Code.
• Reduce duplication by merging overlapping processes and removing redundant internal review stages.
• Centralise oversight and data reporting through the Student Complaints and Integrity Office (SCIO), ensuring consistency, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement.
