11/6/25: Update to links Clause 19 (Tax Exempt Body Entertainment Fringe Benefits & Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) ).


23/12/21: Minor change to clauses 13e,f to clarify payments.  Supporting documents updated to update FBT rates and thresholds. 


22/8/18: The procedure has been reviewed to apply the applicable FBT rates. For ease of reference, factsheets have been created for each type of fringe benefits applicable to the University and uploaded in the Finance intranet site. Reference to these factsheets have been made in this procedure rather than including the full description of the fringe benefits.
