Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This is the first version of the University Fleet Vehicle Policy uploaded to the Policy Library. Previously, this policy was managed via the Central Policy Register. Its history pre-September 2014 can be found in the archive of that system. This Policy came into force with an Operational Date of 17 June 2004.


As of 12th May 2021, the University Fleet Vehicle Policy has changed ownership and transferred to Strategic Procurement & Business Operations as the new policy owner. Previously, this Policy was managed by Facilities.


The status and details section has been updated to reflect the Accountable Officer, Responsible Officer for this Policy.
