18/10/22:The Policy and Procedure have been updated as follows:

• Updating to VU current Policy and Procedure templates;

• Updating of titles, committee references and responsibilities to align with VU’s current structure and governance;

• The Infrastructure Planning Committee (IPC) replaces “Chancellor’s Committee” in making confidential recommendations to Council regarding Honorary Names – in alignment with IPC’s updated Terms of Reference;

• Inclusion of Brand considerations to ensure consistency with VU’s Brand strategy, policy and guidelines;

• Inclusion of ‘fixed assets' as a 'Feature to address' requests relating to assets such as benches, sign posts etc.
