• Delegations and Authorisations PolicyThe Policy update is moving the current delegations schedule within the policy into two distinct schedules to clearly define accountability of Council approval:
  - Schedule A: Council/Committee and Academic Board delegations (including VC delegations, but not delegated powers of the VC)
  - Schedule B: Vice-Chancellor delegations (including all VC delegated powers)
• Discrimination and Harassment Prevention and Management PolicyThe Policy changes clarify various definitions and better align and connect aspects of these policies with the rest of the VU policy suite.
• Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity - Gender Affirmation ProcedurePart F of the Procedure has been updated to ensure reasonable flexibility and access to leave is available to staff requiring time off in relation to gender affirmation.
• Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity PolicyThis Policy sets out the University's commitment to fostering and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace and promoting equal opportunity for all staff.
